• Recurring costs: hosting €10-€25 per month and a domain name €10-€15 per year
• After launch I stay reachable. Maintenance is optional, from €49 per month

Affordable custom build or a free website builder?

Free website builders like Wix, Jimdo or WordPress.com look attractive, but come with limitations that cost you money in the long run. You depend on their platform: the code is not yours, your site runs on their servers and on the free plan their advertising sits on your pages. To remove it you pay a subscription that, after a few years, costs more than a custom build. SEO options are limited and you are tied to their templates. A custom website is yours: faster, easier to find, more professional and ready to expand whenever you want. The price difference is smaller than you think; the difference in quality is not.
