Coja Snacks
Food serviceBusiness website with menu and contact details.

A guest who googles your place wants three things: what you serve, when you are open and how to get there. On a phone, in passing. I build websites for restaurants, snack bars, cafes, lunchrooms and takeaways that do exactly that: a menu that reads well on a small screen, opening hours that are correct, an address with a directions button and a button to your booking or ordering system. From €499 for a single-page menu site, usually live within two weeks, at a fixed price we agree before I start.

A restaurant website is not a brochure. Almost all of your visitors arrive from Google or Google Maps, on a phone, and want an answer within seconds. Anything in the way (a PDF menu you have to pinch and zoom, opening hours buried three taps deep) costs you a guest. This is what I build in as standard:
I do not build a custom ordering system or booking module into your website, and that is deliberate. Zenchef (formerly Formitable), Resengo, Thuisbezorgd, Uber Eats or the ordering platform from your POS supplier do that better, handle payments and confirmations, and you probably use one already. What I do build: a clear button on every page that takes the guest straight to that system, so nobody has to search. If you switch later, we only swap the link. For a takeaway without online ordering, a call button and a WhatsApp button are often all you need.
Want to see how your menu looks on a phone before you pay anything? I build a proposal for your homepage first, and if you do not like it, you pay nothing.
Coja Snacks is a snack bar in Amsterdam for which I built a business website with a menu and contact details (www.cojasnacks.nl). The menu has its own page, the homepage shows opening hours, the address with a directions link to Google Maps and a phone number that dials directly, and there is a short page about the business. The site was designed for a small screen first, because almost everyone looking for a snack bar does so on a phone, and it is built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel.
All prices are starting prices, excluding VAT. After a short conversation you get a quote with a fixed price, and that price does not change during the build. Every package includes custom design, a mobile version, the Google Business Profile link and basic SEO. An English version is an option, for example for a place in Amsterdam or another city with many tourists: the extended website includes Dutch and English as standard, and for a landing page or business website we add it as an option in the fixed price. What each package covers:
| Package | Who it is for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page (single-page menu site) | Snack bar, coffee bar or takeaway | from €499 |
| Business website (3-5 pages) | Restaurant, cafe or lunchroom | from €899 |
| Extended website (5-15 pages) | Several locations or concepts | from €1,499 |
You need no technical knowledge and you do not have to be available for weeks. I need your menu, opening hours, address and photos, and I do the rest.
After launch the fixed costs are low. Without a plan, you simply send me the update whenever something changes, or you edit the menu yourself if we set it up that way.
Yes, through a button to the system you already use, such as Zenchef, Resengo, Thuisbezorgd or your POS supplier's ordering platform. I do not build a custom ordering or booking module, because those systems already handle payments and confirmations well. The button sits on every page of your site.
A price change or a new dish is a small edit. With the Standard maintenance plan (€99 per month) you send me a WhatsApp message, I reply within 24 hours and put it live quickly. If you prefer to do it yourself, I set up the menu so you can edit it without any technical knowledge.
Usually not. A webshop from €2,499 is meant for products you ship, with stock and shipping costs. For food that is collected or delivered straight away, an ordering platform or a call button is more practical and much cheaper. If you also sell gift vouchers or sauces that you ship, a webshop is worth considering.
No, but good photos help: they are the first thing a guest looks at. Phone photos often work fine if they are taken in daylight, and I optimise them so the page keeps loading fast. If you have nothing yet, I build the site with what you have and we replace the photos later.
Yes. Each location gets its own page with address, opening hours, menu and directions, linked to its own Google Business Profile, so guests find the right location in Google straight away. That falls under the extended website from €1,499.
A single-page menu site starts at €499, a business website with 3-5 pages at €899 and an extended website for several locations at €1,499, all excluding VAT and agreed as a fixed price up front. After that you pay hosting (€10-€25 per month), a domain name and optional maintenance from €49 per month.
Send me your menu and your address and you hear back within 24 hours. The price is fixed before I start.
